 IS FERMENTED RED GMO?

No, the first product we will bring to the market, does not involve genetic engineered organisms.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF FERMENTED RED?

Fermented Red color can benefit and solve different pains across the food industry. In the plant-based food area the shift from using existing natural colorants can enable the customers to replace Beet Root, Paprika, Annatto, Lycopene or Anthocyanins and get a heat and pH stable color. In the Dairy and Beverage industries needs for replacing carmine and to become vegan can be met. And in the Meat Industry, FermentedRed allows to replacing nitrite (due to regulation).
