OUR PRODUCTS

Natu.Red® and Sustainly.Red® represent the next generation of natural colors.
Beyond improved sustainability profile, cost, and supply chain stability, they also have clear functional advantages.
NATURAL
Natu.Red® and Sustainly.Red®is a red dye that is naturally produced by the filamentous fungus Talaromyces atroroseus.

STABLE COLOR HUE ACROSS WIDE pH RANGE (2-10)
Natu.Red® and Sustainly.Red® maintains consistent hue across a broad pH range.

LOW COST IN USE
High color strength (E1%) enables lower dosages, reducing cost-in-use versus alternative natural colors.

RELIABLE SUPPLY CHAIN
By using submerged fermentation of Talaromyces Atroroseus as production method, we can guarantee a stable supply chain, that is not affected by seasonal or batch-to-batch variations.

COMPLIANT WITH VEGAN, KOSHER AND HALAL DIETS
Natu.Red® and Sustainly.Red® will be certified as vegan, kosher and halal

POWERFUL COLOR AT LOW DOSAGES
Even at low dosages such as 0.01%, Talarene can add powerfull coloration to your application.

SUSTAINABLE AND ETHICAL SOURCING
Our fermentation process requires only sucrose -eliminating reliance on scarce or geopolitically sensitive raw materials. Production is location-independent.

STABLE ACROSS WIDE TEMPERATURE RANGE
Natu.Red® and Sustainly.Red® remain stable across a broad range of temperatures. No color changes are observed at 80°C (3 hours) or under harsh processes such as HHST/pasteurization (130°C for 2 minutes).

TASTELESS & ODERLESS
Confirmed tasteless and odorless by triangle testing (DIN ISO 4120).

NATU.RED® VS SUSTAINLY.RED®
While both Natu.Red® and Sustainly.Red® offer a number of functional benefits as highlighted above, these two products are developed with different industries in mind.

Our scientists work on the development and testing of each product to ensure their performance aligns with the specific needs of different industries and production processes.

Natu.Red® has undergone testing in a variety of food and beverage applications and is dedicated to products within this category.

On the other hand, Sustainly.Red® is being developed to cater to customers beyond the food industry. It has already been tested in textile and cosmetics applications, and we are eager to explore its potential in other categories
